All orders must be secured by a valid, signed Purchase Order or Work Order. We do not accept verbal orders.

SMART does not add value added taxes, like UK VAT, Canadian and Australian GST.
The Customer is responsible for all import or customs duties. Our software is an export of the USA.
SMART holds Tax Exemption Certificates for Italy,

Spain.
Shipping:
Smart offers BEST WAY shipping. We
use second-day FedEx or USPO Global Priority Mail. At time of order, advise best way. We add shipping costs.
